How do I go about commissioning a custom designed piece of jewelry?
Please contact us for a complimentary initial consultation. All clients are required to enter into a "Custom Contract Agreement" before commencing work or making any payments towards custom services.

What's your opinion on Lab created diamonds?

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept most forms of payments, including wire transfers, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), certified check, Apple Pay, Zelle and Venmo.
How long will it take for a custom piece of jewelry?
Each project varies in terms of complexity of design and production requirements.

On average most custom pieces can be completed and delivered within 2-3 weeks from date of finalized design. More complex and intricate designs may need several months of work time.
The time required to complete your specific piece will be provided at the time of quoting.
HOW DO I FIND OUT MY RING SIZE?
There are several methods we recommend for determining ring size.
1st method: download and use our printable ring size guide.
2nd method: Schedule an in-person appointment to determine the correct size based on ring design. ​3rd method: Walk into a commercial jewelry store, ask to be measured and hope they measure you correctly.​
4th method: String or paper strip method... please contact us to explain this one, or if you are trying to obtain ring size measurement covertly.​
